67 Year Old Fitness Fan Comments on Senior Health and Fitness ...

First of all, this is almost certainly not the absolute best elliptical on the market, but I have decided to review it here for three major reasons:

1. The Weslo Momentum CT 5.0 Elliptical has among the highest user reviews whereever I find it being sold.

2. It is readily available as it is sold at most Walmart stores and in other venues, including online.

3. It is within most people's budget for exercise equipment as it is presently available for just under $300.00.

One warning: I write this blog mainly for senior exercise enthusiasts and assume that most readers are not exercise fanatics but are primarily interested in doing regular moderate exercise to remain healthy. If you are someone who wants to train for marathons and do extreme workouts on an elliptical each day, you will need a higher end model.

That having been said, I would like to add that elliptical trainers are excellent for senior exercisers due to their low-impact nature.

Now, about the Weslo Momentum CT 5.0 Elliptical.

Customer Satisfaction:

While I do not own one, I have tried one out and was personally satisfied with the operation, structure, and features. In looking at customer reviews, I found that the Weslo Momentum CT 5.0 Elliptical consistently gets the highest ratings from its owners.
