Assignment Capsule

As a Medicare Direct Marketing Consultant, you will: act as a liaison between business segments and the direct marketing department, working collaboratively with business leaders to identify sales opportunities, and develop and align direct marketing creative strategies to generate sales growth. You will also have program oversight and lead or guide a team of resources to effectively plan, create, coordinate, monitor and implement direct marketing creative strategy and programs.

• Oversee the successful development and execution of direct marketing initiatives

• Educate internal clients on the best use of direct marketing strategies

• Establish a working knowledge of best practices for direct marketing within the health insurance industry

• Partner with a strategy team, business owners and other departments to develop comprehensive direct marketing plans

• Provide guidance for key initiatives across multiple communication channels

• Evaluate, prioritize and track complex projects

• Develop a working knowledge of the company, its products, the healthcare industry and the regulatory agencies that govern us in order to develop effective direct response communications

• Lead others in the understanding and integration of the corporate business model

Qualifications:

Role Essentials

• 2-5 years experience in direct response advertising, marketing or communications.
• Bachelor?s degree.
• Knowledge and understanding of direct response lead generation tactics and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
